We aim to make the process of reserving our apartments near UC Davis as simple as possible. To reserve a space at Sol at West Village, click “Apply Now” to start the application and to receive the housing contract.

Housing contracts include 12 equal, monthly installment payments. Our housing contracts begin from August to July should be August/September to July/August

Sol at West Village offers multiple layout options for UC Davis housing, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments. We also offer double-occupancy rooms in select units.

The number of bathrooms varies depending on the floor plan. Each floor plan features single bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Sol at West Village offers a wide range of student-centered student living amenities located throughout our property. Our UC Davis apartments come with energy-efficient appliances, full-size washer and dryer, modern kitchens, jumbo 42-inch flat-screen TV, and $55 electricity charge per resident included in monthly installments. Our off campus student apartments vary in size depending on the selected floor plan. We offer eco-smart living options built to suit the needs of our residents in multiple layouts that range from one-bedroom apartments featuring 790 square feet to four-bedroom apartments featuring 1,467 square feet. Yes! Our residents have access to on-site parking located throughout our property.

The apartments are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi — they also have cable.

Each installment payment is due by 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th) day of each month. All payments received after that will be considered late and the resident will be charged the initial late payment fee in addition to the monthly installment. Also, beginning on the fifth (5th) day of the month, residents will be charged the daily late payment charge for each additional day that all or any portion of the monthly installment(s) remain unpaid. Residents may either bring their installment payments to the clubhouse or make payments online using the resident portal.

Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, basic cable, and electricity amenities — which features a value of $60 a month per resident — as well as access to our wide range of resort-style amenities located on-site.
